Vigenere Encryption is a simple Windows form that will perform encryption and decryption using the Vigenere code method.

This program came about while studying the CIA Kryptos which uses Vigenere encryption/decrytion in the first 2 sections. A test button can be pressed to allow you see the Kryptos code vectors and validate this program using the those code vectors.
