Entered in the Snowflake Race series and since I would be sailing solo I decided I needed practice ... it was good when there was wind, which wasn't that often
Solo Race Practice
Solo Sail 15 miles, 4 1/2 hours. Practicing for the race tomorrow when there was wind. When there wasn't, I swung the boat around to check out the compass.
Debris
Lots of debris floating in the Sound from log barges and bad weather ... the birds like it since it gives them a good perch to stand on
North Up The Sound
The race will be north ... so go that way
Boyer Island
Boyer Island off in the distance
Passage Island
Going north for the first time in a while leaving Passage Island in the distance
