A New Life

Sailing by tell tails ... trying to get them both flowing back nicely ... well that is what the book says I should do

Janet interviewing me for the camera ... really cuts down on the wind noise using the microphone

Sailing by the wind vane ... apparently I should be able to "feel" the wind and know where it is coming from ... being a newbie I still need to look up

Janet let me wear the captains hat for one trip out ... the last time ... after that I would continue to were the Gilligan hat

On the other tack ... still trying to look like I know what I'm doing

Tell tails are flying just great ... almost like I knew what I was doing

Time to turn around so we didn't get stuck out on the water in a storm

The route we took ... quick journey out into the Sound and then back before the weather changed

Round turn and 2 half hitches ... been studying up and I finally get to use it
